So far my experience with ordering from Arm or Ally has been a positive one. They respond very quickly to queries or complaints. Shipping has been speedy and all boxes have been really well packaged. They are my go to for supplies and I'll only go elsewhere if they don't have the item I need in stock. Bottomline, you can't go wrong with Arm or Ally.
