I chose your site for the quality of product’s but your web site needs work,I tried several times to talk to someone but I couldn’t, I got my bolt carrier and clean it first, when I went to use it I could not pull it back to rack so I tried it again it worked then overall the product works great but I did find it for a lower. Price thanks Big Ned
