I have been using a similar product for years but I believe these are superior. However, there are no instructions with the product and the label refers to a video on the website but the video is not labelled so as to be recognized as the one needed and it does not cover installation of all the parts. The manufacturer agreed and promises to upgrade the video. Which side should the pins install from? Where does the foam spacer go? The pin system is a good product but the manufacturer hasn't done their homework.
