I bought this muzzle brake for my son on his Thompson Center Compass rifle.
The brake came with a crash washer for installation. The Thompson did not have a large enough shoulder to use the crush washer. I ordered a jam nut to install the brake. This nut is very helpful,I am able to remove the brake to clean the gun.
