I will not be ordering from Arm or Ally again. The item I purchased, a Magpul bipod, arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner. My contacts with AoA were answered promptly, and fully. My objection to their business model is that they add a $3.50 fee for signature required on all orders, and do not disclose this fee until after you've completed your order, and paid for your merchandise. I have no objection to their decision to charge this fee. I object to their doing so without notification, and without letting customers know they must be present to sign for their orders prior to completing the transaction.
