The trigger i got did not work, it would not release. This had nothing to do with arm or Ally so this post does not reflect on the business. I live in the Phx. Metro and elf just happens be here.
The staff was great to deal with and put me a new one in the mail, with a return envelope. Dropped in and worked great. Arm or ally has no way of knowing if a part is defective. It was easier for me to contact Elf here in AZ and they wear great will order others.
