Ordered twice now, spending enough to receive my free gift. Both times gift was not included. Spoke to a smug and condescending customer service member who made out that this was my fault as their packaging system is highly advanced and no one else has complained. Found over complaints similar to mine! I don't like being ripped off so won't be ordering again !
