“Ordered twice now, spending enough to receive my free gift. Both times gift was not included. Spoke to a smug and condescending customer service member who made out that this was my fault as their packaging system is highly advanced and no one else has complained. Found over complaints similar to mine! I don't like being ripped off so won't be ordering again !”
“I cannot rewiew Frankincense Essential Oil which I have used for over 10 years. This was a quality product which I dropped on to a felt pad on my necklace to help slow & deepen my breathing & soothe my dry ,irritating cough.now when I want to reorder ,I find it has been dropped from their product list without appology or explanation. Tough Cheese !! & A new mix substituted”
