I only gave 1 star so I could write a review.
hopeless, rude and cancelled, are the three words I'd use to describe this company, how have they managed to keep the contract is beyond me!
late for work practically every day, buses cancelled with no warning
would this be allowed in other countries? no so why here? it takes me generally 4 hours to gp three miles!
