“Again today in Stevenage an Arriva bus driver bullied a disabled passenger. Last week it was a very old man who was taking too long to get his bus pass out, he told him to hurry up or get off, I always speak up but I,m usually told I won't be on his bus again. Also I,ve noticed it's usually woman they bully, shame on Arriva for employing such horrible human beings.”

“What is wrong with the culture of this company ???? happens every other day, this morning our bus the x7 which services rural communities did its usual, watched me running down the road as it pulled up to let people on waited for me to just get to the door then shuts the door and refuses to look at me and drives off......
what are you teaching your drivers, these buses turn up whenever and do not stick to the shedule and times you post on your own app!!!
I wonder how many jobs you have cost people who live in these rural communities, and rely on a standard bus service over the years, train your staff properly and start to provide the service they are meant to be providing.”

“I am sick to death of arriva cancelling virtually every bus I try to get!! There are now dozens of occasions where I have had to wait over an hour in the freezing cold for a bus I was early for. They are an absolute joke, how is anyone supposed to use public transport when it is so awful??”

“The service 141 from Castleford to Leeds drove by 4 minutes earlier than it was supposed to, thankfully I was there early, the woman driving the bus saw me signalling to stop while I was at the bus stop, she smiled, and drove away. The bus was arranged to come to Wood Street Castleford at 14:46.”
