I just stopped to allow and older person to cross a busy road near Stantonbury as did someone on the opposite side but the number 7 felt the need to keep blasting his horn until the lady had passed what a tosser needs to be sacked what ever happened to respecting our elders

Pick up at 6.35am in North Road, not many people on the bus, less than 5 people on the bus, the driver literally stopped few times because he said he’s early and by the time arrived in Durham, it’s 7.56am. Is this considered late or early? 8 of of 10 usually they don’t arrive on time, people in the bus at this time usually go to work, rushing to work!

This is a bad company ever!they never respect the timetables, they cancelled many routes without previous or after information to people who are waiting in raining or colds days!!!No respect to clients!!! And some road names you can find on the app( for example; Barrosa Way-White house). You can plan your routine to work or even to drop kids at school , because you don't know if the transport is gonna work. the drivers are very very rude! when you ask for some information, they answer you with arrogant posture, and never look at the client's face! I would like to know how it can be possible????

Please remove the time table and number 7 sticker from the Derby Town Centre bus stop as it would appear it now goes from St. Peters Street. I'm now running 20 minutes late.

Rude rude man! Driver one ignored me when I asked him a question as this was the first time I had been on that particular bus route. The driver then raised his voice at me after I told him he did stop when I pressed the button. Shouted at me and accused me of lying. It is disgusting the way these bus drivers treat individuals. Absolutely disgusting. Clearly no further training is given to these drivers. Arriva should be embarrassed as this is not the first time I have treated poorly.

No zero star option available thus 1 star. Stay away from Arriva direct debit tickets especially Employer Travel Club scheme. Arriva have discriminatory system against such tickets. In the terms and condtions they reserve the right to refuse refund for such tickets. I've enrolled into another arriva scheme by my employer and neither them nor arriva provided any terms and conditions or informed me that direct debit payments are not required at all for a smart card tickets. I was sure that some nominal payments would be taken for the new scheme tickets as I had been told by my employer previously not to cancel because the payment would be adjusted and it did. But with the smart card scheme I've received a free bus pass and as a result of lack of information, my uncancelled direct debit went throught. They refuse any refund. I ended up paying almost £56 for a monthly saver and a free pass covering the same month and expiring in the next few months! On top of that I phoned arriva customer services and quoted the question from their website if my DD paper monthly ticket can be returned for a refund. They confirmed and said to post it to them. I did it. Then I get an email from another arriva dept asking why I posted it to them as they had refused a refund. I answered that CS advised me to do so. They said they would post it in that night's post back to me. It has taken them 5 working day with 1st class royal mail! But actually they never did until I complained that I didnt receive my ticket and three days after I got it. The thing is it expires in 5 days from the date I got it. They have wasted two weekends of my ticket validity due to their incompetency and misinformation and I couldn't even take my kids free of charge on bus over the two weekends as the ticket enables me to. Only one weekend left. They are pathetic and inconsiderate. No timely replies either as they ignored my emails for several days from the begining of the matter. Better to use different bus operators and DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN ARRIVA DIRECT DEBIT TICKETS!!!!

I'm going pass arriva "two stars" the reason are as listed.. 1. They've not bothered changing the times. 2. They never listen to the customers. 3. They are always late and out of service. 4. They can be rude and unhappy. 5. They never show up on time at all. 6. They never understand what you tell them. I can go on for a whole list of things, but I'm more than absolutely capable of running a service way better that *Arriva* ever could... "So here is a few things on my mind that they should actually take interest in..... (BUT WE THE PEOPLE KNOW THEY NEVER WILL) 1. Hire driver's that would like a permanent job. 2. Try and get shot of the ones who make the company look bad. 3. Rearrange all service's and make them come before traffic and after traffic times. 5. Move the busses from the railway station so they don't sit in heavy traffic after *4PM* 6. Stop blaming traffic at 06:00 in the morning when there is absolutely no traffic! (Only at Magna Park MK17 traffic) 7. Train all drivers and make sure they know the MK roads and the directions. So yeah people it's absolutely not that hard is it? That's what I would actually do. But I never get a chance/job because they keep rejecting my application! 🤣🤣🤣 And the reason being is because they know I can do a job better....

Your drivers are behaving pathetic attitude with customers. They dont stop the bus and just ignore the passengers, i spend 14 pounds to reach home because your driver just ignored me and did not stop the f77 bus in bletchley. I tried to give him the signal and after looking at me he just ignored and did not bother to stop the bus.

It's not a bad experience,it's more about the miserable, bored looking ,non speaking , total disregard for passengers, drivers that you employ, I honestly believe 90%of the ones driving Derby arriva buses are incapable of any type of speaking!

In Seaton deleval + Cramlington and many other areas where only arriva buses go, all the bus stops are missing the bus numbers and stop information. Literally nothing but a sign saying bus stop. Pathetically poor customer care.

One star choice as there's no 0's that Arriva and their app deserve. The most lousy, useless cowboy company where buses are just cancelled as they wish and when they wish to do so. No apologies,  no valid reasons and they don't even let the passengers know. So basically you could be standing for hours as they silly useless app shows that everything is fine and all buses are running as normal, then bang, it suddenly disappears of radar, same thing with the next and so on. Especially in winter when people are freezing and just want to get home,  especially after a 10 or 12 hour shift. Women on the Eastmoor route have to mostly walk in the dark and cold as after 6pm its even worse. They've got to brave the dark streets from the bus station all the way to Eastmoor in the risk of being attacked on these unlit and unsafe streets. Whats happening? Since the Covid outbreak its just unfounded lies and excuses from Arriva. This would have never been tolerated in most countries. Arriva should not be allowed to operate such a terrible service.

I worked for Arriva in 2019 as an Agency Driver and spoke to passengers who have been using the company for years in Milton Keynes. They told me that the service has been poor for years. There is no organisation by the management and there a culture of Racism at the Milton Keynes Depot. During 2020/2021 I have distinctly noticed the number of Male White drivers who drive the Arriva Buses in Milton Keynes compared to none white Drivers. Whilst I do not blame the white drivers for this Racial Discrimination, it comes as no surprise to me because during my short service at Milton Keynes I was racially abused by a current driver. The same driver caused a Road Traffic Accident in August 2019 in the Walnut Tree area of Milton Keynes. I was told a year later that the driver in question has a history of depression and had been taking anti depressants. In my next job I was to by a colleague who regularly uses Arriva that he has seen some Milton Keynes Arriva Drivers blatantly driver past non-white People who have been waiting for a Bus in Milton Keynes. The Public deserve better than this because it is clearly obvious that the Management at Arriva are Discriminating against non-white people who apply to become Drivers at Arriva.

Not very reliable at times when you need them. The ride can be bumpy or annoying at times especially if your tired and want to take a nap during your ride. But each bus has WI-FI built in it which can ease your boredom. The only thing this company is missing is USB ports for chargers. If USB ports were put on buses, it would help a lot of people with their daily life's.

The drivers on the whole are ok and good at their job however the bus reliability is awful. Long waits for certain buses, and none in my area after a certain time @ night. Average service.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR I have now e-mailed over half a dozen times & spoken to a number of people who have all gone out of their way to make life difficult All I wanted was the name / address / contact number for their vehicle insurers Looks like I will have to contact the Police as Arriva refuse to provide basic information It's not liker they aren't experts in this area as the number of vehicles they hit is huge
