Worst bus ever i am an 11 year old writing on my parents account , and when going back home from school (first day of secondary) they refused me .
What a shame arriva. Your bus drivers are horrible the are so non -chalan about the job and don't even care about helping . Arrival do me a favour and stop your company if you don't want to give jobs to kind people or people who may look kind and act kind but are not.
