What is wrong with the culture of this company ???? happens every other day, this morning our bus the x7 which services rural communities did its usual, watched me running down the road as it pulled up to let people on waited for me to just get to the door then shuts the door and refuses to look at me and drives off...... what are you teaching your drivers, these buses turn up whenever and do not stick to the shedule and times you post on your own app!!! I wonder how many jobs you have cost people who live in these rural communities, and rely on a standard bus service over the years, train your staff properly and start to provide the service they are meant to be providing.
