Worst bus company I've had the misfortune of using. The 195/196 Wakefield buses are continuously cancelled and some just don't turn up at all. At the terrible Wakefield bus station where you're lucky to make it out alive, the buses often turn up at completely different stands to what they advertise. Wakefield council and Arriva couldn't care less about their customers and Arriva should hang their heads in shame for the laughably bad service they provide.
