I ordered a pair of Mephisto sandals over 2 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately, and I have heard nothing from this company. I have sent 3 emails and heard nothing so far. The online order status still states "processing". I will never order from them again. I have requested this order be cancelled and my money refunded, but I don't have a lot of confidence they will do the right thing.
