Review of service and product.
Service is shocking, I purchased a pair of Barbour slippers December 19 these were worn for a few months before being stored, a few weeks ago I decided it was time to wear them again only to find the sole had come unstuck from the slipper itself. As this was clearly a design or manufacturing issue I decided to contact Arthur Knight for a replacement. The response i received was the slippers are only supposed to last a season and there's nothing they can do.
