The website/online ordering process was super easy - love that they give you options to choose from! My box arrived quickly and was packaged excellently (I work for a distributor so I've seen it all). The box itself was beautiful. Not perfectly etched like a machine made it, but handmade. And it comes with filler which is awesome!!
