I've purchased three different times from Artificer Wood Works in 11 months: a wedding gift and two individual housewarming gifts. Each represents a unique, sophisticated, yet affordable, thoughtful present from me to the respective recipients. The selection process, including the inspired suggested designs, and the purchase process were excellent, right down to the hand-written note cards. In layman's terms, this is a very "classy" way to conduct business. I experienced one small glitch in the website operation, but the staff was quick to respond and assured me the issue soon will be resolved. These transactions were a very positive experience. Even this, the comprehensive customer follow-up, is impressive. I'll certainly consider this organization's products and services in the future. My only hesitation comes in that I have trouble recommending Artificer Wood Works, because I don't want the world to know about the "gold mine" I've discovered. Thank you for allowing this feedback.
