Everything about this company exceeded my highest expectations. They shipped the finished case to a Four Seasons Hotel where I was staying for the wedding. I asked the concierge to open it to check for damage in transit (it happens). She called me back exclaiming it was the most incredible wedding gift she'd seen....and I imagine she's seen a few in her position. The creation was equally impressive. It took several tries for the pic I had to fit-and their attitude was always "no problem ", and I had proofs within hours. Simply amazing. Rarely is customer service and a product delivered flawlessly, cheerfully and perfectly these days but at Artificer Wood Works it is. Buy something here and be delighted.
