The product was ordered via a distributor for direct delivery by ArtificiaGrass.Com. Once the order was received Tina took ownership and contacted us to arrange a convenient delivery date. On the day of delivery the driver called with an ETA. The driver helped unload the material and carry it though the the back garden. A few days after delivery Tina again contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with both the product and service. The answer was a resounding 'yes' to both questions
