I am still getting used to the pods. I love the fact that they are biodegradable, organic and free trade. All a big plus, and why I did my research on this espresso. I have two suggestions (and this is why it gets a 4 instead of a 5). First, more than one of the lungo options have an old coffee after taste if you try to ice it and put it in the fridge overnight. Perhaps this is because it is fresher than the Italian espresso I usually buy. Second, many of the flavors I have tried do not have the typical boldness and rich flavor that I am used to. This was a bit disappointing, but I am going to try other options to see if I can find the right fit. Nespresso gives a large sample pack of espresso for every machine purchased. That’s helpful, and would help the customer find their perfect espresso.
