“Artizan was new to me so I didn't know what to expect however service was great. Product doesn't quite perform as I expected but that is not Artizan's fault. I'm keeping product, Breville grinder, and working with Breville to solve my issue.”

“my mom said if you can't say something nice.....facts. customer support takes forever. A roaster in December still isn't workng properly”

“Purchased the cube roaster V1. It was a pre-order. Once the roaster cleared customs it was quick to arrive. Love the roaster. Once the estimated ETA had passed it would have been nice to have updates, that the latest shipment was waiting to clear customs, without having to reach out on my own.”

“I love the enviromentally friendly aspect of the pods, and bought so many as we thought they would be good. The handful we have tried haven't been that yummy unfortunately, and they clog up our nespresso. We can get one pod in, then have to scrape out the holder site of all the grounds. I love the concept and am excited to see if the company improves maybe their recipes and product design to avoid these issues.”

“Not good quality coffee- tried to return and they have a no return policy which is understanding but upsetting considering I paid for a larger order to get free shipping and it feels like a waste. Not the most effecient with nespresso. Leaked everywhere and very watered down. Very disappointed overall.”

“I loved this company and their coffee, but I can’t deal with their poorly designed nespresso pods. I stopped buying from these guys for 6 months because 50% of their pods just would work — they would just drip out water. They sent me replacements, which were even worse. I’ve been happily using a number of other brands for the past 6 months, but thought I’d try Artizan one more time. Same problem. It’s such a waste of money and I don’t understand how they do not recognize this problem. Never experienced it with any other brand. Not only that, I bought my favorite coffee I used to buy from them before, and it is much noticeably worse. I’m not sure if this is just a batch thing, but unfortunately this is my last order from Artizan.”

“When I ordered I didn't understand all they sell is expresso. I thought I was ordering some espresso and some regular coffee. When I called to tell them about my misunderstanding, I was informed there are no refunds ever unless the packaging has been damaged. Was also told there was nothing that could be done, even though I hadn't opened anything except 1 package and that their policies are on their website. Which I'm sure is true. Just be aware when ordering here to understand and read carefully the policies. It was rather a rude awakening for me. The 2 expresso pods I have tried were good.”
