“I ordered two different profiles. One was the Sumatra and the other was the Colombian. I loved the Sumatra. The taste profile was rich and enjoyable. The Colombian was so so I’m about to order a few different flavors. I can’t wait to try them”

“I was buying quite a bit of coffee from Artizan because they have an extensive selection of decaf organic coffee for Nespresso pods. The Cuban Mia decaf was my favorite because it was so dark. I recently bought a bag of whole beans and was very disappointed. They switched it to medium roast which is not how you drink a Cubano. Stop making it lighter! Roast it darker. Thats where the flavor is!”

“I have ordered 5 different products from this company (a mix of 2 coffee, 2 decaf and the mushroom variety, the best one in my opinion). I cannot say that the coffee and decaf are as good as any nespresso original versions but… I am willing to accept the « swap » considering the recyclable capsule option. This is a far more vital consideration for me. Hopefully Artizan will refine and re-define their products over time.”

“I ordered some Artizan coffee, original Nespresso compatible capsules. I was intrigued by the peppermint and dark chocolate offerings. I was mildly disappointed by both of them. Both flavors were so 'subtle' as to be almost indistinguishable from an unflavored blend. I didn't expect a 'Keurig level' of artificial flavor, but I did think I would be able taste them with my 'untrained' palate. The ESE decaf pods I bought were good; I would buy them again. As for the others, not worth my while.”

“They have been very easy to deal with and are responsive to requests for additional infomation. However, they were transitioning to a new platforme while customers were waiting of a shipment of Roasters and when you would look at your account is seemed like you had not ordered a product. And there seemed to be a a long delay from the time they got them till when you recieved it. Also, still waiting on my 5 lb. of beans that come with the roaster. They come in a separate shipment and I had no say in what beans they are going to send me.”

“Purchased the cube roaster V1. It was a pre-order. Once the roaster cleared customs it was quick to arrive. Love the roaster. Once the estimated ETA had passed it would have been nice to have updates, that the latest shipment was waiting to clear customs, without having to reach out on my own.”
