“I ordered some Artizan coffee, original Nespresso compatible capsules. I was intrigued by the peppermint and dark chocolate offerings. I was mildly disappointed by both of them. Both flavors were so 'subtle' as to be almost indistinguishable from an unflavored blend. I didn't expect a 'Keurig level' of artificial flavor, but I did think I would be able taste them with my 'untrained' palate. The ESE decaf pods I bought were good; I would buy them again. As for the others, not worth my while.”

“They have been very easy to deal with and are responsive to requests for additional infomation. However, they were transitioning to a new platforme while customers were waiting of a shipment of Roasters and when you would look at your account is seemed like you had not ordered a product. And there seemed to be a a long delay from the time they got them till when you recieved it. Also, still waiting on my 5 lb. of beans that come with the roaster. They come in a separate shipment and I had no say in what beans they are going to send me.”

“Purchased the cube roaster V1. It was a pre-order. Once the roaster cleared customs it was quick to arrive. Love the roaster. Once the estimated ETA had passed it would have been nice to have updates, that the latest shipment was waiting to clear customs, without having to reach out on my own.”

“I like that this coffee is organic and mold free, and that the capsules are biodegradable. Does it taste as good as the Nespresso pods? I'm not going to say yes, but they do the job. I like the overall mission of the company and they do a good enough job that I don't choose to go back to Nespresso.”

“The caffeine free coffees are very good. But to me they all taste the same. All are medium intensity and all are packaged in these generic capsules which prevents differentiation - which, it seems, is the intent, is it?”

“We really enjoy Artizan's fair trade coffees. We wanted to find a Nespresso alternative that was compostable, fair trade, and fairly good. To our surprise, this was actually quite difficult until we found Artizan.”
