“Love clean organic coffee. My brother gave me a machine and I almost gave it up as I could find no organic pods in stores. Then I found Artizan. Good clean coffee and delivered to my door! Love it.”

“This coffee is super delish my only critique is this: The Grind is not thin enough (its not ground thinly enough to qualify as a Cuban coffee or Cafe Cubano ground) If you compare both, the grind is powder thin in the better commercial Cuban coffees out there. Please fix this on your ground coffee Mi Cuba and it will be "5" Star Excellent.. I know I can buy the beans and grind myself but for the moment I dont have a grinder. Please make this adjustment, I think its EXELLENT COFFEE otherwise”

“So far I like this company and this coffee. Customer Service is great. I tried the Decaf Lungo pods and they were ok but I was expecting more flavor. I will order the decaf espresso next since that will be more intense flavor.”

“I first tried their coffee about 5 years ago, and I would say it has much improved in taste and the type of capsules they use. I like that they are compostable. I also like the taste much better. It has a more bold taste with no coffee grinds ending up in my cup. Overall, I think this is the best option for organic coffee with the Nespresso original line.”

“The coffee tastes amazing, but the pods seem to get clogged easy and takes awhile for my Nespresso to finish a cup of coffee.”

“the quality of the coffee is great. the only minor issue is that, unlike espresso capsules, there is some water that comes out before the coffee begins coming out so it minorly dilutes a short espresso other than that i really like it”

“The only recommendation I would make is offering more choices with intensity. The three decaf varieties we've tried are very much on the light or mild side, including the Cuban selection that is listed as a "7".”

“I like the variety of coffee, especially in decaf. And the organic offerings. The plastic compostable pods don't work quite as well as the original Nespresso, but they are fine. I wish the pods were labeled with the variety. The Rwanda is my absolute favorite.”

“Several coffees I enjoy, at a good price. Easy to order website. Very satisfactory turnaround time on orders. Only real complaint is the packaging of the individual capsules. Some sort of color code or marking to indicate the specific coffee would be a huge step forward and greatly improve my satisfaction considerably.”

“Didn’t receive the coffee. Purchased it almost 2 weeks ago. The people from Artizan Coffee Company were very quick to help me with my inquiry regarding the shipping delay and were very nice. They were quick to respond and take care of my issue! I’m looking forward to trying the coffee!”

Hello, Thanks for reaching out with your feedback and I am sorry to hear that your package did not arrive yet. After checking your order which you placed on Sunday 6/26 and was shipped on Monday 6/27, we see that UPS has an estimated delivery of Thursday, July 07 by 7:00 P.M. Unfortunately, we do not know what has caused UPS to delay your package but it does look like there was some sort of mixup on their end.
