“I ordered 4 sleeves of "Nespresso" pods and according to the packing slip took 3 days to ship from date of order and 5 days USPS in transit from Miami to Sarasota! I can adjust to an 8 day lead time, although my Nespresso orders ship usually arrive within 3 days. All of the coffees are deilcious, with subtleties of flovor and aroma not found in the Nesprsso line...you guys get a A+ for coffee quality. However, one problem occured for us with the Brazil pods...4 out of the first 5 pods used were defective in the Nespresso machine...only a trickle of coffes came out...about 0.5 oz, before the machine stooped working...looking at the discarded pod, it appears the pod clogged up and would not allow the water to pass thorugh. This has not occured with any of the other pods so far...a bit disapponting. I will contact customer support. I will place another order with Artizan, becuase I believe in what the company is doing”

“We get Artizan regularly and are very impressed with the service-oriented and highly knowledgeable employee, Hansel. He's a fine goodwill ambassador for Artizan. The only difficulty is that once the pods are out of the sleeve there's no way to tell what type they are. A number system would save ink and help identify the right type. What do you think? Otherwise, we enjoy the taste and appreciate that there's no metal/aluminum in the capsules. blessings for safety and great health to all the folks there. Jeff”

“Coffee quality is very good. Capsule shape and coffee amount inside however is not consistent and espresso is very different every time”

“I am still getting used to the pods. I love the fact that they are biodegradable, organic and free trade. All a big plus, and why I did my research on this espresso. I have two suggestions (and this is why it gets a 4 instead of a 5). First, more than one of the lungo options have an old coffee after taste if you try to ice it and put it in the fridge overnight. Perhaps this is because it is fresher than the Italian espresso I usually buy. Second, many of the flavors I have tried do not have the typical boldness and rich flavor that I am used to. This was a bit disappointing, but I am going to try other options to see if I can find the right fit. Nespresso gives a large sample pack of espresso for every machine purchased. That’s helpful, and would help the customer find their perfect espresso.”

“I wish the pods were color coded or had their origin printed on each one. When I place them in my display box ( out of their original box), I don’t know which one I’m drinking. They all look the same.”

“I was looking for an organic option to use in my Nespresso machine. The flavor is great, but the size of the pod is a little off and if you don't get it just right, it gets stuck in the machine. I will purchase more coffee, though.”

“This was my first order from Artisan Coffee. It has only been a couple of days since I received my order. So far, I do like the capsules. The work perfectly with my Nespresso Pixie machine. The two varieties that I have tried are flavorful, but not quite as intense as what I am used to having for both espresso and lungo sizes. I was a little disappointed with the order was not shipped until a week after I placed the order; I did however receive an email a few days after my order that indicated that there was a delay in their receipt of packaging materials.”
