“I am a recurring customer and I really appreciate the online shopping experience and the quality of the coffee. The descriptions very accurately reflect the actual coffees. Not to mention, the actual coffee is always very high quality and fresh. One thing I do not enjoy is that I commonly have issues with shipping. Sometimes I get my order within a week of ordering, but probably half of the time it takes about 2-3 weeks from the time I order to receive it. I have just started to buy in advance of when I will need more, but I really wish the shipping was much faster. Just to reiterate, the quality and variety of coffee offered is exceptional, but I do wish the processing and shipping of orders was faster.”

“High quality of compatible Nespresso pods. The flavor is not as strong as Nespresso's original, but this is the organic version, which offsets some negative points. The free shipping is great though I wish it could be a little faster.”

“Love The Cuba Mia coffee - our favorite! Ocasionally, we have a cartridge break or leak, but it appears as though there was a recent redesign, which had improved matters. Shipping was a tad slow, but I blame that more on COVID and the holidays. Keep up the great work!”

“Appreciate Artizan for providing Organic Espresso so I can avoid the Pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals of nonorganic of Nespresso capsules. Capsule don’t hold up as well I’m the machine as Nespresso capsules but worth it to not have the pesticides. Love to e flavor or the Artizan Vanilla espresso capsules but switched to Stout because I like as much caffeine as possible”

“Overall pretty happy with these! Flavor is great and I like the variety. For some reason my nespresso machine is not as happy, it tends to get bogged down after a few pods go through. If I run it once or twice without a pod it seems to be okay. My last order was supposed to include a decaf box but I got caf instead.”

“Great product. We tried a lot of different Nespresso-compatible capsules and Artizan's are by far our favorite! Also, the customer services is both responsive and helpful. The only downside with experienced is that the company seems to be quick on creating a shipping label before the order is actually ready to ship. Two out of our recent orders were in that state for several days. Emailing customer service resolved the situation quickly though.”

“The coffee flavor profiles are pretty darn good. They don't get a 5 star rating unfortunately due to the capsule design being fragile and thus, a lot of sediment gets into the end product. Not quite Turkish coffee but not clean by any means. There is a bit of crema though not as thick and pronounced as the on-brand capsules. A good half step alternative with room for improvement. I would still recommend and certainly still delight in this organic compostable product.”

“I only drink decaf and have tried every blend of decaf that Artizan offers. Sadly none of them were strong enough for my liking. I thought Sumatra was the best overall flavor. If they make a dark decaf in the future I will order again, otherwise I will most likely not.”
