“Several coffees I enjoy, at a good price. Easy to order website. Very satisfactory turnaround time on orders. Only real complaint is the packaging of the individual capsules. Some sort of color code or marking to indicate the specific coffee would be a huge step forward and greatly improve my satisfaction considerably.”

“I like being on and automatic delivery and can change in each month as my needs change. They always are able to deliver exactly what I want with no problem in changing my order. Of course, their coffee is extremely delicious and organic!”

“I love the organic and compostable Artizan Blend decaf. I am looking for more variety than Nespresso offers in a decaf since I recently went to fully decaf Nespresso. My go to Nespresso capsule has been Volluto. But, the Artizan Blend has a comparable and different flavor. Hoping to find more I like.”

“Excellent espresso. I think I’ve tried all the varieties and flavors by now. I like smooth, balanced flavors and my faves are Heavenly Project (9/10), Guatemala single origin (10/10), and hazelnut (the only organic hazelnut pod I’ve found online). On the flip side, I didn’t like the caramel (maybe too artificial tasting?) or dark chocolate (maybe also too artificial? Smells like chocolate scratch-and-sniff stickers from I was a kid). I love the compostable pods, but am looking forward to when they can be individually labeled to identify the variety/flavor (right now all the pods are identical, so if you mix and store them in a container outside the box you won’t know which is which). I spoke with Artizan about the labeling and they said they’re trying to figure out how to individualize it, since there are printing limitations with the compostable pods. I love that they’re organic and am happy with the variety of choices.”

“Love clean organic coffee. My brother gave me a machine and I almost gave it up as I could find no organic pods in stores. Then I found Artizan. Good clean coffee and delivered to my door! Love it.”

“Just got my first order, thank you! I like a 50/50 split of caff and decaff, made my first cup w Stout and Sumatra decaf this morning--I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty and smooth it was. Def be back for more.”

“I haven't actually tried their coffee yet, but their telephone help line is awesome. Using PayPal from Artizan's website was resulting in a locked screen and incomplete order. Their robo chat window popped up and I wrote, "call me, I can't use PayPal". Within 30 minutes a rep called and I was able to place my order over that phone call. The rep also suggested that my PayPal problem would be solved if I used Chrome browser for future on-line orders. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Can't ask for more from customer service.”

“The only recommendation I would make is offering more choices with intensity. The three decaf varieties we've tried are very much on the light or mild side, including the Cuban selection that is listed as a "7".”

“I like the variety of coffee, especially in decaf. And the organic offerings. The plastic compostable pods don't work quite as well as the original Nespresso, but they are fine. I wish the pods were labeled with the variety. The Rwanda is my absolute favorite.”
