I haven't actually tried their coffee yet, but their telephone help line is awesome.
Using PayPal from Artizan's website was resulting in a locked screen and incomplete order.
Their robo chat window popped up and I wrote, "call me, I can't use PayPal". Within 30 minutes a rep called and I was able to place my order over that phone call.
The rep also suggested that my PayPal problem would be solved if I used Chrome browser for future on-line orders.
He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
Can't ask for more from customer service.
