“Flavor is ok but not all the pods work— quality really varies.”

“When asked if as a subscriber (since April 2023) I had any discount because I couldn't find it I was told by customer service that my benefit was free shipping. When I replied that this benefits applies to any purchase of more than $50 subscribed or not I realized that the person at customer service proceeded to unsuscribed me without asking me. The replies I got later that day were ironic.”

“Was looking for an alternative to aluminum pods. These Artizan compostable pods are less expensive, yield a good espresso and unlike the Nespresso pods don’t leak fluid into the used pod tray making a drier tray dump later. Hope I can get the used pods accepted at compost station at our Farmers Market.”

“The coffee is very good and I truly appreciate that the capsules are compostable. What I don’t know yet is how they will affect my repress machine long term. Some capsules that are not directly from the company can clog machines. Time will tell.”

“Skeptical turned very impressed! Was concerned about quality, taste and compostability. So far, all hopes have been met, if not exceeded. “I was buying quite a bit of coffee from Artizan because they have an extensive selection of decaf organic coffee for Nespresso pods. The Cuban Mia decaf was my favorite because it was so dark. I recently bought a bag of whole beans and was very disappointed. They switched it to medium roast which is not how you drink a Cubano. Stop making it lighter! Roast it darker. Thats where the flavor is!”

“I have been a Nespresso for many many years. Nespresso used to carry an organic coffee from Peru however they no longer do and they have no other organic coffees. I really wanted to try to find an organic coffee pod so I tried Artizan. I tried artisans organic Peru and it was just average. I don’t think I could buy it again. My favorite coffee pod from Nespresso is the Chiaro. It is a light roast and very mild and creamy. I contacted Artizan and asked if there was another organic coffee that might be a light roast and they recommended Sumatra. So maybe next time I will try that.”

“The drum on my Skywalker Coffee Roaster stopped turning one day. It was still under warranty, so Julio at Artizan Coffee Company helped me diagnose the problem. He sent me the replacement part, as well as a helpful video with instructions on how to replace the part. Once snail mail (USPS) delivered the part I was able to replace it in about 1.5 hours from start to finish. My Skywalker Coffee Roaster is back up and running as good as new!”
