“roasts are delicious, well balanced. Love the eco friendly packaging as well. Fullfillment was prompt and accurate. Only downside is they seem to sell out of varieties very quickly, so lots of things not avaialble to try.”

“I have ordered 5 different products from this company (a mix of 2 coffee, 2 decaf and the mushroom variety, the best one in my opinion). I cannot say that the coffee and decaf are as good as any nespresso original versions but… I am willing to accept the « swap » considering the recyclable capsule option. This is a far more vital consideration for me. Hopefully Artizan will refine and re-define their products over time.”

“I've been ordering from Artizan Coffee Co. for several years now and I will stick with them always. I love their coffee pods and the fact that they are compostible as well as organic. I'm now purchasing the newer mushroom blends and always include them in every order.”

“I am really enjoying the Artizan espresso capsules. They work perfectly in my Nespresso machine. They have a variety of coffee to suit everyone's taste, and the fact that the capsules are compostable in my city make this company even more attractive.”

“Evidently there is an older model of a Nespresso Im unfamiliar with. The “customer service” number led me to a lady who said no, that’s why we put everything on the page so you can choose the right pod. NO RETURNS. Never again. So much for me trying to do right by Mother earth. So disappointed.”

Rinda, We are really sorry you had a frustrating experience, that’s never what we want. We do try very hard to make compatibility clear. Our capsules are only for the Original line, not Vertuo, which is why we show machine images and call this out clearly on the product page. That said, we understand it’s confusing if you didn’t know there were two completely different systems to begin with. If you want, send us a quick photo of your machine and we’ll gladly help confirm what you have and see what options might work for you. We truly appreciate that you were trying to make a more sustainable choice, and we don’t want this to be the reason you walk away from that.
