“Doesn't fit my Nespresso! Says they are Nespresso capsules, but I think they mean Keurig. I bought 4 or 5 boxes and what a waste of money! No response from Customer service either.”

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Our capsules are designed exclusively for Nespresso Original machines, not Vertuo models — the two systems use different capsule shapes and are not cross-compatible. If you happen to have a Vertuo machine, that would explain why the capsules didn’t fit. We haven’t received any prior messages from you regarding this issue, but we’d be happy to help right away. “Artizan offers a variety of quality coffees that we can use in our Nespresso. We prefer decaf which is hard to find and has limited options. Artizan has just what we need and love.”

“They have been very easy to deal with and are responsive to requests for additional infomation. However, they were transitioning to a new platforme while customers were waiting of a shipment of Roasters and when you would look at your account is seemed like you had not ordered a product. And there seemed to be a a long delay from the time they got them till when you recieved it. Also, still waiting on my 5 lb. of beans that come with the roaster. They come in a separate shipment and I had no say in what beans they are going to send me.”

“I have ordered 3 coffee roasters from Artizan. A Skywalker V1 (Alpha), a Skywalker V2 (Delta) and recently preordered the Skywalker Cubean. Their pricing and customer service has been fantastic. Whenever I do contect them with a question I'm always treated with courtesy and respect. My questions are always addressed and answered quickly. Their customer service is a big reason that I continue to order from Artizan.”
