“Didn’t receive the coffee. Purchased it almost 2 weeks ago. The people from Artizan Coffee Company were very quick to help me with my inquiry regarding the shipping delay and were very nice. They were quick to respond and take care of my issue! I’m looking forward to trying the coffee!”

Hello, Thanks for reaching out with your feedback and I am sorry to hear that your package did not arrive yet. After checking your order which you placed on Sunday 6/26 and was shipped on Monday 6/27, we see that UPS has an estimated delivery of Thursday, July 07 by 7:00 P.M. Unfortunately, we do not know what has caused UPS to delay your package but it does look like there was some sort of mixup on their end. “I love their coffee and Customer Service is great. I am thrilled that they have removed the foil from the capsules. My only negative is that, once you take the pods out of the packaging, you cannot tell what roast it is from the pod itself. I like to keep my pods in a bowl by my Nespresso maker, and it's a bit of a game of chance in the morning because my husband likes a mild blend and I like mine more robust.”

“Only complaint was that I was told my grinder would be receiving on X date but didn't ship until that day. BUT problem was addressed right away and the coffee is amazing. Especially the Havana Club. Excellent service”

“I came here specifically for organic pods since Nespresso has very limited options. The website is easy to use and the pods shipped fairly quickly, but I did not like the hazelnut flavor at all. I liked the Heavenly Project espresso. I wish there was a pack that allowed you to try a variety of espresso flavors, the only one I saw included ristretto and lungo options which I didn't want.”

“Coffee is definitely tasty! The only issue that I had is the pods not fitting perfectly in the Nespresso machine so sometimes you need to make small adjustments and in some cases will waste a pod.”

“The flavors of coffee are amazing. We purchased 7 different kinds of coffee. Only thing I would like to mention is that the capsule for nespresso didn’t seem to work properly. Sometimes it worked okay and other times the espresso didn’t drip smoothly. I had to run the machine multiple times to get the coffee”

“I ordered 4 sleeves of "Nespresso" pods and according to the packing slip took 3 days to ship from date of order and 5 days USPS in transit from Miami to Sarasota! I can adjust to an 8 day lead time, although my Nespresso orders ship usually arrive within 3 days. All of the coffees are deilcious, with subtleties of flovor and aroma not found in the Nesprsso line...you guys get a A+ for coffee quality. However, one problem occured for us with the Brazil pods...4 out of the first 5 pods used were defective in the Nespresso machine...only a trickle of coffes came out...about 0.5 oz, before the machine stooped working...looking at the discarded pod, it appears the pod clogged up and would not allow the water to pass thorugh. This has not occured with any of the other pods so far...a bit disapponting. I will contact customer support. I will place another order with Artizan, becuase I believe in what the company is doing”

“We get Artizan regularly and are very impressed with the service-oriented and highly knowledgeable employee, Hansel. He's a fine goodwill ambassador for Artizan. The only difficulty is that once the pods are out of the sleeve there's no way to tell what type they are. A number system would save ink and help identify the right type. What do you think? Otherwise, we enjoy the taste and appreciate that there's no metal/aluminum in the capsules. blessings for safety and great health to all the folks there. Jeff”
