I love their coffee and Customer Service is great. I am thrilled that they have removed the foil from the capsules. My only negative is that, once you take the pods out of the packaging, you cannot tell what roast it is from the pod itself. I like to keep my pods in a bowl by my Nespresso maker, and it's a bit of a
game of chance in the morning because my husband likes a mild blend and I like mine more robust.
