“The company kept me informed about the status of my order when the colorimeter was crossing the border in Florida. I liked that very much! The border processing of a small instrument made in Taiwan was much longer than the usual time necessary to process other arrivals. So far I charged the instrument, calibrated it, and made a few measurements of coffee that I had at hand. The precision of measurement is very satisfactory. The casing is both attractive and of very good quality alluminum. The only thing I would change is the back-pack like container (a small sack with a clasp closure) for the instrument and accessories. I would prefer a case with foam cutouts.”

“I liked their coffee quite a bit. Their customer service was attentive and always responded. My only issue is that I bought a coffee machine and they didn't have it in stock. It took about a month to receive and arrived broken so I then had to go through Bonavita for a return which took even longer.I do like the free bag of coffee they have me though. Would definitely try their coffee again.”

“After trying to order using the website over 6 times since the Labor day sale, I ended up calling to make a phone order. The customer service person was very good and my order went through and I just received it. I really love these capsules and the organic water processed decaf is my fave!!!”

“I love Artizan coffee! I have enjoyed tasting the various roasts and I appreciate that they have different strengths as well as decaf. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is bc I wish delivery was faster. I always have to factor in approx. 1.5 - 2 weeks to receive the pods. In a day and age where you can get most anything delivered overnight, I am surprised shipping isn't faster. I will still order from Artizen but would appreciate a more convenient and timely delivery service in the future.”

“Love their clean processes for making the coffee. So much healthier than Nespresso pods & most others on the market. The 2 things they need to improve on: 1. How long it takes to receive my order. 2. Label the exterior of the pods. Especially the decaf ones!”

“After ordering one batch of coffee’s to try, I have now gone with the strongest of the coffee’s you make so that I can use them for espresso. I am still comparing them to my Nespresso capsules, which I love. I am happy about Artizan pod compostability and that has brought me back for a second large order.”

“Very good coffee pods. The shipping was long, when I called the company, the person said to me something like the coffee wasn’t ready and then they forgot to sent. The shipping was more than 10 day. Very bad Thanks”

“Taste is great, love the compostable containers, but I bought four types of decaf and all of the containers look the same. I always take my pods out and put them into a basket on my shelf, so I have no way of knowing which terroir I am sipping!”
