I liked their coffee quite a bit. Their customer service was attentive and always responded. My only issue is that I bought a coffee machine and they didn't have it in stock. It took about a month to receive and arrived broken so I then had to go through Bonavita for a return which took even longer.I do like the free bag of coffee they have me though. Would definitely try their coffee again.
