The company kept me informed about the status of my order when the colorimeter was crossing the border in Florida. I liked that very much! The border processing of a small instrument made in Taiwan was much longer than the usual time necessary to process other arrivals. So far I charged the instrument, calibrated it, and made a few measurements of coffee that I had at hand. The precision of measurement is very satisfactory. The casing is both attractive and of very good quality alluminum. The only thing I would change is the back-pack like container (a small sack with a clasp closure) for the instrument and accessories. I would prefer a case with foam cutouts.
