We get Artizan regularly and are very impressed with the service-oriented and highly knowledgeable employee, Hansel. He's a fine goodwill ambassador for Artizan. The only difficulty is that once the pods are out of the sleeve there's no way to tell what type they are. A number system would save ink and help identify the right type. What do you think? Otherwise, we enjoy the taste and appreciate that there's no metal/aluminum in the capsules. blessings for safety and great health to all the folks there. Jeff
