My coffee package is a gift to someone who LOVES Artisan coffee.
But the package was misdelivered to another property, obscured by plants.
I reported the missing package and later called to say that I'd found it (which wasn't easy).
Two days later Geraldo from Artizan sent an email thanking me for reporting the find.
Just nice all around.
