The coffee is acceptable, though, not outstanding.
Communication is poor. They neglected to inform me part of my order was oit of stock. After several different chats with their online messaging system, several where they never replied back after telling me they would check into my order, I was finally told part of my order was out of stock. A few days later I receive an email letting me know my order has shipped, 3 weeks after initially ordering. Disappointing service.
