I sent the below email a week and a half ago regarding Artizan Lungo capsules. To date, still no response from Artizan: I suspect you’ve received other complaints about your pods recently. For the past few months we’ve occasionally received a box of pods in which the water cannot flow through. This failure seems to have become more prevalent. We are getting more pods that do not work, than those that do. We have two machines. An older original Nespresso machine and a new Ninja that uses the original Nespresso pods. The water barely drips through on the older Nespresso, but eventually makes a cup. On the Ninja however, we get an error message that says, “Add water” and end up wasting the pod. At 80 cents a pod, we cannot continue to waste them. Both machines are making nice sized holes in the backs of the used pods, so it seems the issue may be the mesh on the front. Please advise if you are aware of the issue and are in process of correcting the problem. If not, we will have to stop purchasing your product as it’s too expensive to waste. Thank you in advance for a response.
