The customer service is top notch! As in super impressive, reliable, & trustworthy. The coffee is great & was recommended by doctor since I have a mold allergy. The only struggle is that sometimes the capsule has a hard time actually putting out the coffee in the nespresso machine. It can be a very slow drip and I have to take it out and put it back in; sometimes multiple times. But I do love the coffee and will continue to buy!
