My first purchase from Artizan was as good as described: The Nespresso capsules are well made and fresh tasting, while the whole bean coffee is excellent quality (nice, even roasting and very few broken beans). One bag of whole bean coffee wasn't heat sealed correctly (it was fastened though). It appears to be because it was overfilled, so I consider it a bonus. The bags definately seems to have been packed recently, if not to order.
I'm a happy customer who's happily drinking away to get ready for my next order.
