The flavor of the coffee is great and I love that their pods are biodegradable and the coffee is organic. The only issue I have is that the pods crack and get stuck in the Nespresso machines (the ones that are said to be compatible), although I can easily remove them after they get stuck. The other issue is that water that should be going into the cup through the machine (with the lohngo button) gets dispensed with the pod into the used pod tray and it easily overflows. A lot of water waste that doesn't happen with Nespresso pods.
