Customer service excellent. Website excellent. Packaging excellent. Choices of coffee excellent. Really like that the coffee is genuinely organic. Flavor very nice. Pricing fantastic (especially compared to Nespresso!) I'm just not sure I like the texture of the coffee that results...yes, texture: the granules in the capsule (or whatever) don't seem to dissolve as completely as the regular Nespresso capsules. The resulting coffee has a bit of a rustic "mouth feel", like cowboy coffee. That may appeal to many people, I guess I'm not just one of them! I also wish that Artizan had a dedicated recycling service as Nespresso does. It's kind of a PIA to empty the capsules as suggested before putting them in the recycling bin.
