I had an issue recently and gave a negative review. After speaking with a representative they handled my issue and sent me a new batch of coffee. I was super impressed with their customer service and the speed at which it was resolved. Thank you for your help. I know businesses can have issues, but there is nothing like having great customer service to solve the issue.
