I absolutely love getting fair trade coffee that is both high quality and convenient. The strength, flavor, and freshness are excellent for capsules. The one real flaw is with consistency. In my experience, about 10% of the capsules either fail during extraction and produce very little liquid or fail after extraction. In the post-extraction cases, the capsule gets stuck and I usually have to pry it out of the machine and end up with a mess of grinds. Still, this is the only brand I buy now! Cuba Mia, Heavenly Project, and Brazil are my favorites.
