The coffee is smooth, reasonably priced, and arrived reasonably fast given what’s happening in there world today (in ~7-8 days). For my taste, the roast is a little mild with 3 of the varieties I’ve tried so far, and particularly with the Cuba Mia I think it looses something from because of it, but nothing wrong with the coffee at all — just my preferences. I also prefer an aluminum pod for preservation and contact-exactness w the machine and it’s brewing protrusions (and yes, we do recycle our pods w Nespresso), but Artizan’s compostable pods are certainly a unique idea just the same; a close 2nd place to aluminum in our book.
