Great product. We tried a lot of different Nespresso-compatible capsules and Artizan's are by far our favorite! Also, the customer services is both responsive and helpful. The only downside with experienced is that the company seems to be quick on creating a shipping label before the order is actually ready to ship. Two out of our recent orders were in that state for several days. Emailing customer service resolved the situation quickly though.
