The order was shipped without the diffuser, even tough I paid for the whole set, so the recipient only received the oils. I had already informed the Customer Service that it was a gift. They did not inform me of anything or put any notice in the package. When I asked for more info, they simply told me that the item was not available, never explaining why I was not informed of anything! They have my emails and phone number! They told me that they would send a replacement right away, so I asked for the tracking number. Moreover, it would have arrived after Christmas, when I had arranged everything for it to be delivered on time for Christmas.
After a few days with no info about this, I reached out to them again asking for the tracking details and they told me that the replacement was never sent and that they would send me a refund for the order. It looks like a joke and this put me in a very very bad light with the recipient, as I told them, after receiving only part of the gift, that they would receive the gift!! This is a very poor service, do not waste your time ad your money on this!!!
Moreover, there are some external tests done on the oils and they are not pure and are potentially dangerous!
