Never received my order and after multiple attempts at contacting customer service as well as Route, I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company.”

The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but now my second time of buying 2 items needed for my vacation and paid for the day I ordered are once again floating around in a warehouse. I’ve been told there are “warehouse issues”. Honestly I don’t care. This is a terrible place for good customer service. You can’t reach anyone without spending days and hours redialing and emailing.
I have had it! So many people in my family have ordered and I use to refer anyone I knew but that will stop.
I plan to contact my bank as I am feeling like there is some fraud involved. You are holding merchandise that is suppose to ship 3-5 business days. That never happens.
Stay away if you need an item for a trip or urgently.

“I received a damaged shipment from this company. The package was missing some items as well. I took pictures to verify the situation and contacted the company immediately. They told me it was not their responsibility, but that I needed to contact UPS. However, they add an additional charge onto every order for “route package protection”, in addition to shipping charges. When I asked about what the “route package protection“ was, I got no response. I asked that back ordered items be canceled and refunded. They couldn’t tell me when the items would ship. However, no refund has been issued and no questions about the refund have been answered. And they won’t answer their customer service phone lines. They just ask that you leave a message that no one returns.”
“I have had the worst experience with art naturals. I ordered some oils over 3 months ago now for a mother's day present and they still haven't been delivered!! I have contacted them twice and although they replied with a vague response, no action has been taken. They phone number they provide is impossible to call and I this is the only place I could find to leave a review for their website... Not happy with service!!”

“I wouldn’t even give them one star. I placed an order and after a week I hadn’t heard anything so I sent an e mail and they said there was an internal issue and they can’t send my items. They took the £80 out of my account, didn’t bother to contact me telling me about the order issue. If I hadn’t reached out I doubt I would’ve got the money back. I was told it wouldn’t happen again, so I placed the order again and the exact same thing happened. I had to e mail them asking where my order was only for them to tell me there was an issue and they’d be refunding me. Terrible customer service, wasn’t offered any compensation either. “FAKE REVIEWS! Fake reviews on both Ulta and Target’s websites (and probably others). Crappy products, they do not work well. Lots of chemical ingredients. I contacted Ulta about this, since I use reviews to make decisions about what I purchase. I hope they take this seriously.”

“The order was shipped without the diffuser, even tough I paid for the whole set, so the recipient only received the oils. I had already informed the Customer Service that it was a gift. They did not inform me of anything or put any notice in the package. When I asked for more info, they simply told me that the item was not available, never explaining why I was not informed of anything! They have my emails and phone number! They told me that they would send a replacement right away, so I asked for the tracking number. Moreover, it would have arrived after Christmas, when I had arranged everything for it to be delivered on time for Christmas.
After a few days with no info about this, I reached out to them again asking for the tracking details and they told me that the replacement was never sent and that they would send me a refund for the order. It looks like a joke and this put me in a very very bad light with the recipient, as I told them, after receiving only part of the gift, that they would receive the gift!! This is a very poor service, do not waste your time ad your money on this!!!
Moreover, there are some external tests done on the oils and they are not pure and are potentially dangerous!”

“I ordered four bottles and they all came with the caps loose and leaking into the packaging in which they were shipped. Many other people with the same issue. They promised me a refund that I never received. Recently, after using the product several times daily while I was back in my office working, I broke out in a horrible case of hives. My dermatologist could not even identify the cause but I suspected the sanitizer. Once I stopped using this brand of sanitizer, the hives disappeared. This stuff is toxic.”
“I got an 8 oz. bottle from walmart.com for $4.00. I felt that it was my only option due to COVID-19. It SMELLED SO SO BADLY that I could NOT USE it. It smelled like a REALLY HIGHLY CONCENTRATED version of NAIL POLISH REMOVER, at the very LEAST.
NOW, w/the METHANOL Warnings coming out, I have to SERIOUSLY consider if THIS has been the reason that I've had very disruptive G.I. issues of late, feeling like food poisoning, as well. I called Walmart about it and have since gotten a full refund so, no issue in THAT regard...unLESS, someone from ARTNATURALS would like to reach out. I can be by f.b./p.m.”
