"I received a damaged shipment from this company. The package was missing some items as well. I took pictures to verify the situation and contacted the company immediately. They told me it was not their responsibility, but that I needed to contact UPS. However, they add an additional charge onto every order for \u201croute package protection\u201d, in addition to shipping charges. When I asked about what the \u201croute package protection\u201c was, I got no response. I asked that back ordered items be canceled and refunded. They couldn\u2019t tell me when the items would ship. However, no refund has been issued and no questions about the refund have been answered. And they won\u2019t answer their customer service phone lines. They just ask that you leave a message that no one returns."

"Ordered hand sanitizer, received a totally different product then what was in the website. Horrible customer service. Wouldn\u2019t refund my money or allow me to return the product even though I didn\u2019t get what I paid for. See photos I\u2019be added, ingredients list different in the bottle I received vs. whats advertised on their website "
