“Do not order from this company! I have the same issue that a lot of people seem to be having with this company. I placed my order and I received an email with a tracking number in 2 days. The UPS tracking link still shows that they're waiting for the item - it's been almost a month. I have contacted my CC company and they're investigating. Go to the BBB website and you will see the same complaints.”

Seriously, that's more than a joke, this company sent me an email confirmation to notify me that my order has been shipped, along with a tracking number from UPS. 3 weeks later, the tracking number still shows 'UPS Label Ready', which means the company has not yet hand their package to UPS.
I emailed this company 2 weeks ago, and still not hear back from them. I am glad that I paid this order with PayPal, otherwise, my credit card information will be exposed to someone like them. I opened a dispute with PayPal a week ago, not hear anything from either of them yet.
Please, don't even think about order anything from this company, it will only make you more panic under the pandemic.”
“My hand sanitizer smells like gasoline - afraid to use. I have ordered unscented hand sanitizer from this company in the past - it doesn't smell like this. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I am giving them a couple of days to respond - they didn't respond to my past emails so I hold little hope - after that I will dispute the charge. I thought this was a great company until this order. I know things are difficult but I don't know what happened to the quality - something is wrong with the product.”

“I have already written a review previous. I ordered from Artnaturals expecting to receive a gallon of hand sanitizer but instead I got a tracking number for a product that never shipped. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the fraudulent transaction and I also emailed UPS for this company creating fraudulent tracking numbers. I didn't get a response from them when I emailed them about my order and when it would be shipped. I only got a response them when my credit card company got involved. The e-mailed right away for cancellation of my order at that point. Do not order from this company!! I ordered from a company out of Portland Oregon and it really gets shipped with a great product. It's sad that this company has ruined it's reputation by lying to costumers during this pandemic.”

“I wish there was a zero star option. Beware beware beware!!! When I ordered sanitizer they said it would be shipped within 48 hours - that was over three weeks ago. Can’t get through by phone emails and Facebook messages are BS. They give you a tracking number for an item that has never been shipped. Or they ship your $8 item and omit the $50 item. They say they will send a refund to credit/debit card within 2-3 business days but it never happens. Yet their website still states they have sanitizer in stock and they’re still taking people’s money for it. Look at their Facebook comments and reviews. This is happening to lots and lots of people.”
