“If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered an 8 pack of unscented hand sanitizers during this pandemic and payed over $50!! That was in April 2020. Now the price is around $30 for the same product. First off that is price gauging. Second, the hand sanitizer is NOT scent free! The smell is horrific and nauseating. My family cannot use the hand sanitizer due to the smell. Third, I had to contact the company 3 times in order to get a response. Only to be denied a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“I placed my order the week of 4/27/2020, I received shipping confirmation on 4/28/2020. 1 week later and UPS still has not received the package. I sent 2 emails only to get a cookie cutter reply from their "customer service" which indicates clearly they didnt read my email. DO NOT purchase from this company, they will take your money and then ignore you.”

“Ordered 2 gallons of hand sanitizer on 4/16/2020. Received email with tracking number on 4/17/2020 saying item is ready for shipment. STILL not in carrier's possession as of 5/6/2020. NO customer service. Found some of this in an 8-oz bottle at Walmart yesterday and I CAN'T use it. Supposed to be SCENT FREE, but it isn't. I have Asthma and the smell from this stuff doesn't agree with my Asthma.”

“As with other reviewers, I ordered a gallon of the sanitizer mid-April. They issued the order with tracking info with UPS...but has been stuck in awaiting order to be transferred to UPS to ship. Going on a month now with no activity. And I tried contacting them via phone, email and FB messenger. Filed claim with PP. Emailed them of this and requested a refund. I’m afraid I will not be getting my money back though....TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!”

“I had ordered scent free hand sanitizer and received lavender scent which I'm allergic too. They claimed a refund was issued, however, 10 days later and I haven't received anything. Emails/posts to CEO and COO aren't responded to or they delete them. It's one of the worse companies I have had to deal with. They are taking advantage of innocent customers during a time of crisis. They lie through their teeth.”

“Do not order from this company! I have the same issue that a lot of people seem to be having with this company. I placed my order and I received an email with a tracking number in 2 days. The UPS tracking link still shows that they're waiting for the item - it's been almost a month. I have contacted my CC company and they're investigating. Go to the BBB website and you will see the same complaints.”
